making valentines...
at Luke's preschool, they "encouraged" you to make the valentines, so that they would get the most out of it"developmentally" and so that they would be age-appropriate (no Hannah Montana or Power Rangers, I guess!!) So Luke and I set out to make some cards for the 11 other little boys in his class. We picked out some letter stickers so that he could spell his name out on them and some fire truck and police car stickers and some Sesame Street stickers. He colored and stuck and hole punched (with a star -shaped hole punch--he loves that) and I wrote Happy Valentines Day on them. No hearts and flowers for these boys!! He had fun and I think they were the most creative and definitely the most homemade card of the bunch!!
