giddy-up, giddy-up, let's go, to the....

horsie show!! about a mile from our house is the local equestrian park. It is used for local competitions, from little kids to high school teams to grown men on huge horses! On the weekends when there is a show, we like to walk up and watch the show. Luke loves watching the horses jump over "the flowers" as he calls it, referring to the fake flowers that are at the base of the jumps. This weekend, it was a high school teams competition.

Now in deference to our KY cousins, I know that this is probably not a "real" horsie show. I am honesty not even sure what you call the kind of competition it is. But it is what we got...;)
