This is when he asked Daddy to help him shave his "moo-stach"

And he has his daddy's (and his uncle Brad's) hair--

believe or not, he had a haircut a week ago.

my new red chair--i mean, playground...

Since he saw one just like it at a friend's house and loved it, we decided to get one for Luke. He calls it his "red chair" and he picked out the color from the samples via Internet. And he was so excited when the big, huge box came--of course, once again, playing in and on the box was almost as thrilling as the chair itself.

The next few pictures are the few of him actually sitting in the chair...


The rest of these pictures are truly what the chair is used for most of the time. Other than watching "Curious George" or "Mickey Mouse," it is truly a jungle gym!!

Sam was hauling mulch from the driveway delivery around to the playground and Luke loves to help Daddy. As you can see, he is sooo helpful!

my new playground....

Daddy (with some help from Papaw and Gigi) has built a lovely playground for Luke in the backyard. It is completed and all that is left is to finish up the landscape timber border and to cart the mulch in the driveway around the back and spread it under the playset. Luke loves it and can scale it like a monkey, even the rock wall. Sadly it has been really wet here for two days and he could not get outside--It is like torture for him!!!
