Today was a special Mom's Morning at school today. Luke was very excited to take me around and show me all the centers and his favorite things at school. Then we had circle time and they sang this adorable song...(and I do not know why Luke keeps pulling on his clothes at the beginning!!)

Edit: And the video is in wide screen, so that is why it seems like Luke is to one side of the screen: he is really in the middle but the video is not centered. I am going to work on that.



Oh and of course the best part--the questionnaire! His answers are in italics.

It is like he thought about saying he got lots of treats, but then thought better of it. This is his big thing right now--wanting more treats after lunch and dinner and trying to find a way to convince me to give him more than one.

We went to visit Mimi and Papaw this weekend and we went to the Exploreum Children's Museum to see their dinosaur exhibit. They were a little more real than Luke was anticipating and he was pretty unsure at first. I mean, the T Rex and the brachiosaurus were huge, plus they all moved and roared and one spit water! By the second time around, he was more confident but still not 100% sure...

There are a ton of these pictures on the photo site, but this was the under-5 only area of the museum. It is a boat with blue "water" all around and both boys loved this part, especially the lighthouse with the foghorn! In case you were wondering what he is doing, Luke has dove off the boat into the "water" to go fishing! Not sure that is exactly how it works....
